Product Description
Classically shaped without any bells or whistles to detract from the clean lines, this thick solid black acrylic baseball cap is fitted to match your hat size. The crown is constructed out of 6 panels of durable acrylic with air vents for cooling. The crown is topped with a fabric covered button, and the curved 2 3/4 inches bill finishes the pro style look with matching fabric covering the top. The inside of the hat is lined with a lightly padded hatband for comfortable extended wear, while the 2 front panels are lined to retain the beautiful round shape of the hat. Made of 100% Acrylic or 20% Wool/80% Acrylic. Curved bill measures 2 3/4 inches long. SIZED Hand Wash or Dry Clean Only. Imported.

I printed out their hat-sizer thing and cut it out according to the directions. My hat ended up being just a little too big. I threw it in the washer and the dryer (even though the tag said not to) and it shrunk enough to fit pretty well now actually...and it still looks fine.

I received my hat pretty quickly and it looks about what I wanted. However, the size is completely wrong. I measured my head to be about 22 3/8", and so ordered the 7 1/8 size hat according to their size chart. The hat I received says 7 1/8 inside, but it is 1.5" bigger than my head. I measured the inside of the hat and it is 1.5" bigger than 22 3/8". I called and asked what I could do to exchange it, and I was told that I'd have to ship it back on my own dime, as well as give them $5 to ship the new one back to me. This would almost equal the price of buying a completely new hat. I am probably just going to wash it and see if it shrinks enough.
