This is a wonderful shoe because the vents let your foot breathe. Also, it molds well to the foot and is long-lasting and inexpensive. Very good shoe for class, too.
Ballet Shoes September 27, 2007 Jadelenta (Pittsburgh, PA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The slippers are a light pink and they already have one end of the elastic band that covers your feet sewn in. You have to sew the other end. Also, I'm a size 9 regular shoe and the size 9 slippers are a wee bit tight, but they work. I still recommend ordering a half size up. Also, they don't cover my heel very well. They go about half-way up and it feels weird to me compared to my other pair of leather ballet slippers that I have. But overall, they work. I'd give them a B-.
Very nicely made, but be sure to order a size up. February 16, 2008 Danielle R. Favreau (St. Louis, MO USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I wasn't aware I should order a size up in these since most reviews online said they fit true to size, but I would definitely suggest going at least a half size up if not a whole size to be sure your toes aren't bunched in the end. Otherwise they are a great ballet slipper, good padding, very comfortable.
Great slippers for the price October 30, 2008 Emily Miller (Council Bluffs, IA) I got these shoes for a costume where I needed pink shoes. I wanted some simple slip ons and was a little surprised when I found out that they are actual ballet shoes- I always assumed that real ballet shoes would be more expensive. But they worked great and are a great value for the price. I wouldn't suggest them for actual outside use though as they don't have much more of a bottom to them than house slippers do.
