DON"T BUY THIS SCOOTER!!!! Mine arrived not working right out of the box. I did hours of research and am disappointed beyond words with the bad warranty service. I had to test the batteries and take it apart my self to check for loose wires - after finding out the batteries are bad, I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING CHARGES TO RETURN THEM FOR GOOD ONES!!!!! They have you over a barrel here -- don't even think about buying from extreme scooters!!!
