Perfect for a weekend trip. November 17, 2008

I bought this bag to take with me on a weekend trip to NY. It fit everything I needed for the weekend, plus two extra pairs of shoes that I wanted to bring "just in case." It stood up to the NY streets and all the banging I did going up and down curbs. This is a great little bag and I look forward to using it again and again. It'd also be a great commuter bag for people lugging their laptop/papers, etc. to work each day.
An item of note: this is not a red-red color, it's more of a dark red/cranberry color. Also, the telescoping handle is somewhat flimsy, so I'm a bit concerned that with a lot of use, it might break - but Samsonite gives a lifetime warranty on this, so I do feel a bit better about it, should that happen.
Overall, you can't beat the price for this great bag!
