Customer Reviews:
The perfect size Purse for the 25+ crowd! December 12, 2008 Ro Mo (Independence, Mo United States) I am what you might label a Bag Aficionado. I don't buy purses/bags cause they are a certain brand necessarily rather I buy them 'cause they are made out of the material I want at any given moment, or the color is just right like that shade of shamrock green that I have been searching for for soooo long. Anyway, when I bought this particular purse I was looking for a soft almost but not quite "suede" leather without losing that leather strength. i.e. I didn't want naga-hide been there done that, waste of $35-60. After looking around at all the retail stores I thought I had found a cheap genuine soft leather purse in a similar style to what I was used to. Boy was I wrong! the purse that I bought off the rack was a dud. It started to fall apart after a few weeks of what for me was normal use. So, I switched back to my normal canvas fare that aren't quite age appropriate for me anymore (Therefore they look out of place in a nice restaurant and man do I like a nice restaurant!). Foiled again I resumed my never-ending search for the next perfect purse. This time I decided to bypass the overpriced mall retailers that shall remain nameless, and I searched Amazon for leather handbag. Well, as you can imagine that brought up too many options so I decided to narrow my search by brand. I've always like the design of Fossil anything so I thought that they might have a nice Genuine Leather bag, soft but not too soft, one strap, one zipper, brightly colored, Hobo(I'm not picky; I just know what I like. Riiight). So to make a long review longer... If you are looking for a handbag that features: Genuine Leather, soft but not too soft, one strap, one main zipper, different color choices, name-brand, innerlining that is tough but soft and long-wearing, utilitarian but chic, very reasonably priced for a brand new bag (I checked), and it just happens to be a Hobo. This is the epitome of the bag for you. This bag is shaping up to be the bag that I never have to replace. I bought this bag on November 7, 2008 and it already has lasted longer than any other so called namebrand bag that I have ever had the pleasure of using.
