Bowling Shoes January 15, 2007 M. Stevens 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Upon receiving the shoes and giving them as a gift to my husband, he fell three times consecutively while bowling. He brought them to the pro shop at the lanes and they used a drummel and sandpaper to roughen them. He's bowled 6 games since and is just now able to bowl without being hesitant that he is going to slip and hurt himself. He says the shoes look great and the size is perfect. I would purchase another pair in the future, I would just be very careful breaking them in.
Dancing sneakers November 4, 2006 Bruce N (Ithaca, NY) 3 out of 6 found this review helpful
I have two pair, both white and black, that I use only for dancing. The black are a simple design with minimal decoration. I even have a backup pair, just in case. Dancing about 6 nights per week they are super comfortable. I have a hard time finding "real" dance shoes in size 11 wide. Their sizing is accurate, they fit beautifully and the best bargain in dancing shoes I have been able to find.
its good May 7, 2007 Wu Jin Lee (MDMDMDMDMDMDMD) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
its pretty cheap. i don't know about the performance of the shoe since im not a pro, but if your buying this you are a amateur bowling like myself looking to save some money and disgusting shoe rentals. it means so much to be that i don't have to borrow wet bowling shoes... its not wet cus they washed it. its cus people sweat in them! yes .. ew , you can say it.
Great shoe for the price October 10, 2007 K. Hudson (Tempe, AZ) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Way better than renting bowling shoes at $4 per game. They are black, so they match just about everything. They are not for walking outside, so don't mistake for typical walking shoes. They have a fabric coating on the toe of the underside of the shoe (both shoes). I know some bowling shoes have this on only one side (my friend has a pair like that) and if you have it on the wrong side, it can be trouble (like wearing regular shoes that squeaking down the lane). You won't have this problem with these shoes and they will work for someone with either a left or right handed delivery.
Work Great! October 1, 2007 Nathan G. Erickson (Milwaukee, WI) Shoes work great. Not nearly as colorful as the bowling alley shoes, but they cover my feet and immediately added 30 points to my average (I now bowl nearly 100!).
