Product Description Your burgers and hot dogs will be even tastier at the next tailgating party or barbecue using this cast-iron grill. Designed to use with Coleman's 9949 and 9941 series of Road Trip Grills, this heavy-duty, cast iron grill is porcelain coated and easy to clean. About Coleman The Coleman Company has been creating and innovating products for recreational outdoor use since W.C. Coleman started selling gasoline-powered lanterns in 1900. Inventor of the hugely popular fold-up camp stove, Coleman developed a plastic liner for his galvanized steel coolers in 1957--the birth of the modern cooler--and the company has been improving their utility and design ever since. The array of products that bear the Coleman name now includes just about everything you might need to work or play outdoors, from tents and sleeping bags to boats, backpacks, and furniture.

Coleman Still The Best July 5, 2007 Terry G. Whalen (Virginia Beach, VA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Great Product -- Great Price. Cast iron still the best for even heat distribution and long term wear.
awesome balcony grill! November 5, 2006 Sunshine 1 out of 4 found this review helpful
I live in a highrise condo, and have a small but very pretty balcony, which can be viewed from my bedroom. I wanted a grill that was effective, small, and attractive. The Coleman Road Trip Grill met all criteria. My condo was featured in a "House Tour" of the building, and while my condo renovation ideas received positive feedback, several asked me to give them the grill information. Wow--it cooks great burgers, steaks, and fish.
Better than coated aluminum April 23, 2007 J. Campbell (Las Vegas, NV USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have one of the older road trip grills (before there were 15 different models), and it came with one teflon coated aluminum grill and one griddle, same material. Although it is easy to clean when new, even using plastic and wood tools, the teflon eventually started to come off on the food. I immediately went looking for an alternative, and this cast iron grill was the answer. It is porcelain coated iron, so you can use metal tools (just not a hammer/chisel) to clean and to cook. While it can still be a chore to clean if you let 2 or 3 cooking sessions go by without cleaning, it always ends up with a nice shiny clean finish. And, no more teflon on my steak!
Not Good January 10, 2007 Carlos M. Baeza Not very good, everything cooked leaves a baked, hard to get-off food residue.
Coleman Iron Grill is not a favorite purchase March 20, 2007 Wendy G. Blomquist (Thousand Oaks, CA USA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I do not like this grill. It is very heavy and difficult to clean. It is not the same easy to clean grill that comes with the Road Trip grill.
