This unit is good to help you past the time as you ride indoors. I have a cross-trek bike and the center bar does not go straight out but up at an angle so it took some time for me to hook this unit up and it is not real strong so I have to be careful. This unit will hook to a road bike much easier. It would be helpful it there was something to hold the page open but I have never seen a unit like that. Overall I recommend this product.
