The Nashbar Fluid Trainer is a great product. It's my first bike trainer, so I can't compare it to others, but it's very smooth and sturdy. It's kind of loud (but I'm sure some of the noise comes from the bike itself. I've used mine for a few weeks and I love it. No complaints yet.
