Great toning ball ... all weights 5 inches in diameter for easy handling... February 1, 2006 Teresa 21 out of 22 found this review helpful
The good thing about the Valeo Weighted Toning/Fitness Balls is that they are ALL 5 inches in diameter, regardless of the weight size (2lbs up to 10lbs). This means that you can hold 2 10lb. toning balls (one in each hand) while exercising. This is not true of the other toning fitness balls (i.e., gofit and danskin). With the Gofit and Danskin balls, the diameter of the balls increase as the weight increases. So the diameters of the GoFit and Danskin balls are roughly as follows: 6lb=a little under 6 inches, 8lb=a little over 6.5 inches, and 10lb=roughly 7inches versus 5 inches for all of the Valeo balls. This difference in diameters is really the only difference that I noticed among all of the toning balls. They are all made of soft vinyl, filled with sand and air, and a great alternative to the tranditional hand weights. You can't go wrong buying the Valeo, GoFit or Danskin weighted toning balls. UPDATED (4/17/06): After using the toning balls for several months, I have found that I actually prefer neoprene dumbbells. Dumbbells are easier and more comfortable to hold and handle. I still think these are good toning balls. But given a choice between a toning ball and a neoprene dumbbell, I would choose a neoprene dumbbell.
What a workout juggling these balls! June 8, 2007 H. Silverman (NSB, Florida) 2 out of 4 found this review helpful
Perfect size to juggle with. Bought 3 to work with. It is quite a workout keeping these ball going. Have dropped them many times now...no damage to the balls themselves. Its a total body workout just to juggle the 3 balls for 2 minutes. Someday I hope to get up to the 10 pounders!

2 Lb Weighed Balls September 7, 2005 D. Teora (Belleville NJ)
I absolutely love my 2 lb weights. They are easy to hold in my hand. I use them for a specific exercise video where holding hand held weighs would not work. Thanks.
Perfect July 12, 2006 J. Just what I was looking for. Thank you for the amazingly fast delivery.
