Lee makes a great pair of somewhat loose fitting, easy on the waist double pleated pants for gentlemen who want a slightly more relaxed look; and these pants are also a good choice for people like me who are slightly overweight. The elasticized waistband just plain gives you extra room; and that's great!
People sometimes say that overweight gentlemen shouldn't wear pants with pleats. Consequently, at first I wasn't sure about the double pleated aspect of these pants; but then I realized that when I sit down and have a wallet in my pocket, these pants can use the extra fabric from the pleated area to "stretch" and "cover up" my being somewhat overweight. Then the pants still appear to fit very nicely--which they do!
The cotton is anything but cheap; and these pants are extremely durable. They last for years if you take good care of them. They are certainly permanent press since they say they don't wrinkle easily; and you might want to avoid taking these to the cleaners. However, I suppose that you could take these to the cleaners to be cleaned anyway. I know they say that these won't wrinkle, but if you wash these in your washer and dryer take them out right away after the drying cycle is finished to avoid any wrinkling at all. You may even want to wash them with similar colors so that no color dye from other garments gets on these pants during the wash and dry cycles.
The elastic waist in hidden; but wear your shirt tucked in so that you don't feel the elasticized waist rubbing up against your skin while wearing these pants. They are indeed stain resistant--hooray!
Overall, these fine pants by Lee easily rival any made by other manufacturers. Make sure you choose the right size and color for you if you're using the charts above on this webpage. If you want a pair of comfortable, good looking pants with pleats, this may be just what you're looking for--if you choose to buy these I doubt that you'll be disappointed.

I have purchased many pairs of these pants. I believe that they are my husband's favorites! They look nice, wear well, and are wrinkle-free right out of the dryer. The comfort waistband is another real plus for those long workdays. Amazon's price is great and with my prime membership you just can't beat them!

These pants arrived just in time for me to wear in my new job. They are very comfortable, relatively wrinkle-free and look very sharp. I was a little concerned about buying pants online, but true to form Amazon came through. The pants were shipped securely in plastic, folded neatly and practically ready to wear immediately.

I bought these looking to get something other than typical slacks. These fit very nicely, and expand to allow for those times when I go a tad over my normal pants size due to, oh, how shall I say it, "indulgent" eating. Yes.

I generally don't like clothing that is almost all synthetic fiber, but these pants are excellent. Cool and breathable yet extremely stain resistant. While wearing these I was at a party with a buffet and managed to spill some homemade chili sauce on them. Believe me when I say that red chilis with tomatoes is one of the most difficult stains to remove from clothing. Well, I just took the cloth napkin and wiped the chili sauce off my pants and followed with a paper towel dipped in water. There is no sign of the chili sauce on these pants.
I would definitely order another pair.
