Shoes are fine, but for reasons I don't understand, the order didn't go out for over a week after I put it in. There was NO indication this would be the case before I ordered. If I had needed the shoes quickly, this would have been a major issue. As it was, I could wait, but I didn't appreciate the delay. And the shipping charges -- given that I clearly got nothing even remotely resembling "RUSH" or "OVERNIGHT" -- were extremely high. I say, "Shoes nine, shipping three."
