Received in a timely and well-packaged manner. Unfortunately, I would have preferred a greater cotton to polyester ratio in the fabric. Florida is warm and polyester tends to get hot and uncomfortable. If this is what "poplin" means, they should have made it clear, for the benefit of those of us not up on the lingo.

I ordered 5 shirts sized 18x32/33. Four shirts were correct and one was the wrong size (18x34/35). We sent email notice of this but received no response. We then returned the wrong size shirt at our expense, but still have not gotten a response.
If the mistake is not promptly corrected, I will be very reluctant to order more clothing from Amazon.com.

For the 4th time, the items have not been received. I contacted your company, your company contacted the Dress Shirt Company. They made me contact Fed Ex. Fed Ex says they dropped the package in front of my house but I don't have any shirts and now I am out of $50.00 plus. How about you people stop with the computer generated letters and get onto how you can help me as a customer because right now the overall experience has been unacceptable.

I am a bartender and needed to find some new black dress shirts for my uniform. This one stays nice looking through my shift, and keeps a nice crease from my dry cleaner. I was looking for more of a plain black shirt though and didn't realize that this one has pinstripe details on it and is kind of silky shiny. I prefer the other shirt I bought at the same time. While I liked this one, for my needs I would recommend the Arrow Wrinkle Free Satin Twill Dress Shirt- Point Collar
