My husband loved this for Christmas. He loves to grill and loves his seasonings. We just recently started by sea salt versus regular salt and really like the way it seasons food more thoroughly. This smoked sea salt I think would be more for fish after tasting it but this company has many other flavors for a variety of meats and vegetables.
