Excellent product.. Too pricy May 6, 2007 Arrow (Indiana) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
My daughter had diaper rash at the tender age of 2 months which we found a little odd. Our first one did not have any such problem. Later we found out that her skin was very sensitive. We tried several products not knowing that they all contained zinc oxide. zinc oxide hardens the skin and she couldn't tolerate it at all. So, we tried this Angel baby product and it worked great. No irritation and no rashes. But the product is slightly expensive. Amazon was the only place I got a pack of 2 (2oz) for about $19. Other sites were selling each for around $15.00. Even then it is expensive with shipping.
Perfect organic balm! June 27, 2007 C. Martino 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
Started using aquaphor and balmex however still had some redness issues with my newborn. Started using this balm and never had an issue again. Even with my cloth diapers! Smells great as well.
Highly Recommended October 14, 2007 N. Fallen (San Mateo, CA USA) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
We started using cloth diapers and our daughter got a rash almost immediately (within days!) despite changing her diapers as soon as she got wet (every 5 to 10 minutes). We switched to disposables and it helped a little, but not enough. Finally, in desperation, I used EMAB's nipple salve, since it seemed to help my nipples. It worked!! I bought some of the Bottom Balm as soon as I could find it and have been hooked. Our daughter hasn't had a rash since (it's been nearly five months) except once when we tried the California Baby cream instead. The California Baby cream works great on my baby's eczema-like skin-flaking (completely cleared it up, actually) but not on her diaper area. Anyway, my only complaint (and it's not one, really,) is that the salve smells a bit strong--the nipple salve smelled like cocoa butter but this smells more like medicine. Still, it's totally worth it, and it does work better than the nipple salve. We haven't compared this product to anything except vaseline and California Baby, though, because we needed a vegan product. For our money, this was the best product we've found, and it does exactly what it's supposed to! The 2 oz. jar lasts us about three weeks.
Love that bottom balm November 1, 2007 Joanna Padolina (Richmond, VA United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This stuff is great. I've been using it since my son was born. I received it as a shower gift and have been buying it ever since. Now I'm the one who gives it as a shower gift!
Diaper rash saver! November 29, 2007 R. Purcell (Upstate NY) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I LOVE this product! My poor baby had some pretty bad diaper rashes and NOTHING worked to take it away except prescription cream. I didn't want to keep using those on his tender and very sensitive skin, so I searched for something natural and found this Bottom Balm. Thank God for this stuff! I've been using this for every diaper change for about seven months and he's been rash free ever since. This product is so great, it even works on cuts and scrapes and dry, chapped skin. My whole family loves it! I would recommend this to anyone.
