I think some of these reviews are written by people affiliated with the company that sells the product, Touch of Europe.

Purchased this item. It came from Touch of Europe. It was packaged nicely and is very attractive but was smaller than expected. The problem is that it does not suction well at all. It would not suction well even when the suction cup was wet to the high chair tray or to the wooden dinner table. It suctioned just fine to the kitchen counter - but that's not where the kids eat. :-)
We ended up returning the item at our expense (understandable) and the vendor indicated initially a 20% restocking fee and was actually pretty snotty about it all.
The item is attractive but you mayfind it does not suction well which was the entire point. But it could have just been us. But we did order three different bowls each with a different design (we have triplets) and all performed the same - so I suspect it is the nature of the product.

Just LOVE these bowls, they're so convenient, work fantastically well and have saved a lot of spills and messes.
They are so CUTE too. I got a few different designs and some for friends as well, who also love them.
Just use them on a clean, non ridged surface and the suction is great. Also leave them out of the dishwasher to keep them in great functioning condition and you'll get a lot of shelf life out of them.

Wonderful product, as described. I was shocked to see someone else had reviewed this product badly. Then, I read all reviews by that person and chuckled. Must be a competitor to one certain seller. Baby Cie is a great line. Every parent and grandparent should try this product. It's a blesssing and carpet saver when those little grandchildren come to visit! I bought my product from Touch of Europe. Happy with product and with seller.
