Nipple too small for Older Babies but BPA- Free!!!!!!! January 23, 2008 Cat (Colorado) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This product is BPA Free along with all Medela stuff. Thank You Medela! However my only grip is this nipple is too small for my 4 month old. The whole nipple fits in her mouth and she's right up to the plastic yellow rim. So this would be great for newbies but not when older. Born Free is the best BPA Free bottle out there for older babies.
Works Well December 17, 2007 J. Allen (Fresno, CA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
These bottles work well, clean up easily and fit right onto my Medela pump. I also like the caps that fit over the nipple.
Convenient and bi-phenol A free January 14, 2008 Busy city living Mom (Boston, MA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
These are convenient to use because they screw right onto the Medela pump. I have 2 packs of them. My son likes these bottles/ nipples just fine for feeding. Also, I like that the bottles are made from Bisphenol-A free plastic. Overall, I am very pleased - just as I am with all of the other Medela products I have purchased (bottles, pump, wipes, sleeping bra).
Low Flow Not So Low October 23, 2008 D. Schultz (Wisconsin, USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
These bottles work well with the Medela pump and have nice caps, but the low flow nipple is too much for our little guy when we try to use them for feeding. He's only three weeks old and I'm sure he'll be able to handle them someday, but right now, the ThinkBaby bottles we have seem to work well with him at this stage.
Product is fine, price is too high April 13, 2008 PghYinzer (Pittsburgh, PA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
If all you want is something to pump into and/or store breastmilk in, this won't let you down - but you can get many more bottles for your money going with the 4oz evenflo or gerber bottles, both of which come in BPA free versions. (The colored plastic evenflo are BPA free, not the clear plastic ones) Both brands will screw onto Medela pump hardware and are light enough to do hands-free pumping.
