Product Description The first back seat mirror that rotates 360 for the perfect angle to view an infant, without moving your rear-view mirror. Attaching securely to in the middle of any head rest, Easy-View does not block rear visibility and does not need to be positioned directly over a child. not safe - CHP agreed October 7, 2007 Taco Salad (Silicon Valley, CA United States) 9 out of 10 found this review helpful
This is not a safe product. Beware. The mirror is attached to a strap via a 'ball in socket' plastic connector. On day three of owning this product, the mirror fell out of the socket while we were driving. The mirror unit did not properly snap back in to the socket after falling out. Separately, we had run the car thru the CHP (california highway patrol) checkpoint to make sure our baby seat was installed correctly the same week. The CHP reinforced how dangerous the Sunshine Kids Easy View mirror is - we were reminded by the officer that we were lucky it did not injure our infant son when it fell off. We would return it for a refund, but with postage, it nets out the cost of the poor quality product.
I can actually see my baby! May 14, 2007 Megan Dendinger (S. Cali) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
This mirror is great. I had used the Eddie Bauer mirror before this one and that one is a piece of junk. The other one kept falling apart and falling on my daughter and I would have to adjust it every time I took her in or out of the car. I have used this one now for a few months and haven't had a single prolem with it. Plus I can actually see my daughter really well and it is the most secure out of all the mirrors that I have seen because it clips together with a heavy plastic clip in the back of the headrest. You have to make sure in an accident that those things will stay put and not come crashing down on your baby.
Mirror came apart!!!! October 26, 2007 AHeimerle (Vicenza, Italy) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This mirror was easy to install and I loved that I could rotate it to exactly the best viewing point to see my son. Unfortunately on the second day I hit a pothole and the mirror separated from the base and fell into my son. I am lucky it did not hit his head or face and cause damage!!! I am returning this product, because after several attempts of trying to make the mirror stay on the base I have come to the conclusion there is no way to do so. It was quite a disappointment!
Does the Job July 12, 2007 Patricia Koethke 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I've been very happy with this baby mirror. It's large enough that I can actually see my baby in the rear-view mirror and it's easy to adjust. It attached very easily to the head rest in my vehicle.
Perfect mirror June 9, 2007 newmom (Illinois) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This mirror is the perfect size and actually stays in place when I go over a bump, unlike other mirrors. It is high enough for our son to see himself as well.
