Full-size, but lightweight, great stroller! February 25, 2007 Rebecca 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
I got this stroller as part of a travel system (Mosaic stroller with Snugride carseat). This stroller is truly lightweight, and folds down really compactly to fit in my trunk ('03 Pontiac Grand Am). I can collapse it or set it up while holding my baby, which is a necessity. My husband especially loves the modern look of it, as well as the handles (which are very comfortable, even after hours). The sun canopy has a little "window" in it, so I can see my baby, which is nice. The fabric parts are easy to wash, and seem to hold up well. The one con I can see is that when collapsed, the sun canopy is pressed against the front wheels. It doesn't cause any additional wear, but if the wheels are dirty, it will get the canopy dirty as well. Just a picky thing... but if it really bothers you, the canopy is easy to wipe clean.
I love this stroller! January 17, 2007 B. Swartz 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This stroller is excellent for an older baby. I got this when my daughter was about 18 months as my travel system one was very bulky and took up a lot of trunk space. I wanted something a little more than just an umbrella stroller for shopping. This has a decent sized basket, cup holder, elastic pocket and cup holder for child. It is very easy to open and close and not very heavy. Much smaller than a regular stroller and more ammenities than an umbrella stroller. Fabric wears well. Stroller also reclines for naps. My daughter is now over 3 and we still use this on long trips when she gets fed up with shopping and walking.
Not Worth It November 14, 2007 cityran (Florida) 4 out of 7 found this review helpful
Don't bother with this stroller. There are much better strollers out there for the price (Chicco, Maclaren etc). Canopy is tiny, wheels are rickety, stroller is heavy for it's size, if you are over 5'4 you will kick the wheels when you walk. Fabric is unattractive & rough, my daughter refused to sit in it.
Perfect lightweight stroller September 20, 2007 D. Moyer (Quakertown, PA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This stroller was one of my best purchases. I wanted a lightweight stroller that I could easily manage through an airport. I recently used this on a trip to florida and couldn't be happier with the stroller. The stroller is easy to push and steer, it reclines to any position, basket is decent size. I have the Land's End Little tripper diaper bag, which fit perfectly on the back. My baby easily slept and played in the stroller. The front bar is nice because it has some padding my infant frequently hurts himself in my big graco with kicking the hard food tray, so this is nice because he doesn't hurt himself. I easily hooked toys on to the bar and he was entertained for hours. The only 2 negatives, small shade and the way it locks when you close it. The shade is too small, but all lighweight strollers have a small shade. I had a Kiddopotamus sun shade on my larger jogging stroller, I just used that on this stroller and it gave my infant all the shade I needed. the mechanism that locks the stroller doesn't hold the stroller together securely enough. We bought some velcro and added an extra strap the we used when gate checking the stroller so the stroller didn't come apart when they threw it under the plan. Highly recommend this stroller. Actually keep it in our car 100% of the time because it takes up so little space and it so easy to open and close.
Great stroller -- only one flaw September 17, 2007 Jenna Byers (Irvine, CA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I love this stroller. I bought it to replace my old graco stroller because the canopy had busted. I love the sleek look of the mosaic and the handle bars are a dream! I can pile on as many bags as I want to when I'm out shopping vs. cramming them into the basket. My ONLY complaint is this -- and unfortunately it's the entire reason why I wanted a new stroller -- the canopy stinks!!! It's way too flimsy and doesn't shield my child from the sun at all. It sits very high on the stroller. I have to hang a blanket from the canopy to block the sun, which isn't very successful if there is anything more than a breeze. Nevertheless, I do like this stroller. It's super easy to recline and sit back up; super easy to collapse & open; super easy to push; and if it weren't for the flimsy wannabe canopy - I'd super love it!
