I have been looking for the perfect diaper bag and this is it!! The description doesn't do the bag justice as it has many features not shown in any of the photographs. To start there is a large back pocket to put all of your changing needs, which is quick and easy to access. The heart of the bag contains ample room with six pockets total; two elastic pockets on one side and 4 layered pockets on the other. There is also a front flap with a magnetic closure with one zippered pocket on the outside and a wallet organizer on the inside...the perfect area for mom's stuff. There is a cell phone compartment on the front of the bag and a bottle pocket on each side of the bag. The construction and material are very sturdy and everything closes up nicely so there is no risk of spilliage. Finally, the graphite and green is very unisex, where many diaper bags are not so father friendly. I am so pleased with this bag and the price is unbeatable!
Poor Quality and Ease of Use August 27, 2007 E. White (Des Moines Suburbs) 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
I've been using this diaper bag since my son was born almost six months ago and am very disappointed in it. In fact, I'm on Amazon tonight shopping around for a new bag. Here are my problems with this bag: - The main pocket is large, but isn't very easy to get open (especially with one hand). The pocket doesn't open up completely making it difficult to get at the things that are inside. - The stroller attachment straps are a joke! They broke the very first time I used them... within a half hour! The bag wasn't even very full. It had a receiving blanket, a bottle, a couple of diapers and a small packet of wipes. The straps are a cheap rubber and seem like they'd be a good concept, but the rubber tore just like a big rubber band would which made the straps completely useless... garbage! - I thought that the padded shoulder would be nice and it was for a while... until the black part of the pad (the part that sits on your shoulder) started disintegrating and leaving black crumbly residue all over my shirt. - The bag itself is attractive at first, but I learned my lesson buying a light color... it shows dirt and isn't easy to clean. - The bag seemed poorly sewn together. It had lots of long strings hanging off of the corners and seams. - The outer flap has a large pocket that is convenient for my wallet, but it has lots of other very small compartments that don't fit much of anything at all. All in all... I'm very disappointed in the quality and design of this bag. I don't write reviews often, but I wanted to forewarn other parents that I would not recommend this bag to anyone.
Hip Moms March 23, 2007 W. Oakley (Greensboro, NC USA) 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
My baby isn't due for another two months, but I ordered this diaper bag early after seeing the other options out there...BORING. The price is fair, and the bag is amazing. I love the design and colors, and the great gel-filled adjustable shoulder "pad" is going to be great when the bag is not attached to a stroller. All the cool, hip moms should be lucky enough to find this item. Other bags that are this cool are between $150 and $200. Who can pay that much with a baby coming? Shipping was super fast as well. I think I got mine about 4 days after ordering, and I chose regular shipping.
Great bag! August 9, 2007 Heather F. Tran 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This bag is great for organizing and holds everything you need. I love the colors and that it is easy to clean. Two of the best options are the stroller attachments and the adjustable shoulder pad, which is gel-filled and super comfortable. My only complaint is with the zipper for the main compartment. It only zips on the top and down one side. It would be easier to get to things inside if it zipped down both sides. The changing pad is a good size and also easy to clean. The pacifier pod is just an added bonus. The front flap has slots for credit cards, so you don't have to carry a purse. There is also a compartment on the front for your phone. This bag is super durable and has tons of options. It's worth the money.
Perfect for two kids! August 30, 2007 K. Stanley (Grapevine, TX) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
According to my husband, I have about 15 diaper bags. Not quite true, but almost! I've had trouble finding one that fits all of daily needs - big enough to carry the essentials for a 2 1/2 year old and a newborn, yet small enough to be practical to carry into the grocery store and Chick-fil-A! This bag is great! The main portion of the bag is deceptively large. At first I didn't think I would be able to fit much in it, but I just keep putting more and more in there, and it still has extra room (think Mary Poppins...). I also LOVE the little iPod pouch on top. I don't have an iPod, but it is perfect for my phone, earpiece, and keys. With other bags, I was always finding myself throwing diapers, wipes, and other stuff out of the bag in search of the ever-elusive phone. Now I've got it without having to dig! The front organization space (the "purse" section) is also wonderful. Fits my wallet (which is huge), plus lipstick, powder, and my to-do list. The side pockets fit a bottle of water or a sippy cup nicely, and the stroller straps work great! All of this with a strap that hangs nicely across my body (I need both arms for both kids now)! My sister-in-law has a diaper dude, but is considering going with a jjcole bag when she has her second.
