My 6 month old son loves the keys. I took them off the ring and he plays with the keys and the ring. We have several teethers, but he only uses this one. Not only that, the keys float in the tub and likes fishing for it with his hands. Pros: they are washable, float, easy to take apart, easy for the baby to hold. Cons: none.
