View Product Demo | Develop Baby's Walking Muscles The Around We Go Activity Station is a unique take on the stationary activity centers that are so popular for infants today. While some activity centers have a seat in the center for the baby that's encircled by an activity tray, the Around We Go station is configured to let baby "walk" around the toys instead. The activities are positioned on a sturdy, plastic table. The baby seat, which is supported by two wheeled legs, attaches to it. Baby sits in the bucket-shaped seat with his feet firmly planted on the ground. He can learn to push off the ground, propelling himself around the table to get to the activity of his choice. Unique Toys for Creative, Challenging Play The Around We Go station is also fresh and unique in the activities it offers. It includes many of the favorite "stand-bys" of other activity centers -- bendable stalk toys that encourage tactile exploration, spinning and moving characters that help babies learn about cause and effect. Babies will find these toys entertaining and educational. But we were especially delighted by the magnetic drawing board that includes cute character shapes that let babies make their own, erasable drawings. And the piano keyboard, which has three play modes, features fun, upbeat music that's actually catchy to listen to. It also plays piano tones and cartoonish, animal voices. Perks for Baby and Parents We love the ingenuity of the Around We Go station's set up. Rather than keeping your baby stationary like other activity centers, it helps him satisfy his urge to move; he actually can make himself go from one point to another by using his feet. This gives baby vital, leg-strengthening exercises in a much safer and secure environment than baby walkers. There are perks for parents, too: you can lock the baby seat in place in front of the included snack tray to let him snack safely, and the seat fabric is easily removable and conveniently machine washable. One drawback: this toy is a bit cumbersome, which may present a problem if your living space is limited. However, the seat easily detaches from the table for more compact storage. In fact, when your baby is able to walk on his own, he doesn't have to abandon this toy: simply remove the seat, and he can play at the table independently. This toy requires adult assembly. You'll need a Phillips screwdriver, as well as three C batteries for the toy piano. What's in the Box Activity station, seat carrier, assembly hardware, and instruction guide.

Excellent for a small child, but easy to be dragged by my 6 1/2 month old. January 26, 2008 T. James (Danbury, CT USA) 16 out of 16 found this review helpful
I bought this for my son when he was 5 months old. It was relatively easy to put together, and he loves the toys and loves running around the base. At first, his feet barely touched the floor while sitting in it, and he could barely get around the base. Now that he's 6 1/2 months old, he's running around the base. He's not a big kid ... average for his height and below average for weight. He weighs 14 lbs. He's skinny and wiry. Now when I put him in the seat he's dragging the whole unit across my floor. I thought it would be heavy enough to stay put. Even when I put the lock on the seat, he's able to drag it around the room. The rubber bumpers don't help. He pulls it across my tiled kitchen floor as well as my living room rug. If I want to continue using this, I'll need to figure out a way to weigh it down. The column is hollow, so I may try taking it apart and putting something heavy inside. Other than that, I like the idea of this product and the toys are great.
Best Purchase Ever!!! March 25, 2007 S. Connell 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I bought this for my very active daughter when she was 6 months old. For the first time, she finally entertained herself longer than 5 minutes. When I first put her in it, she was so delighted to be able to "walk" she just walked in circles for 10 minutes straight. Then she discovered the toys and played even longer. The second time we put her in it, my husband and I were eating dinner at the same time together--for the first time in months--and he looked at me and said "I would pay $5,000 for that thing." Now, at 12 months, she still loves this toy, without the seat, as an activity center. I have had no problems with it tipping over--I can't say anything negative about this product. I would recommend it to anyone as a life saver.
EXCELLENT ENTERTAINMENT August 16, 2007 MIAMOONDESIGNS (CORAL SPRINGS, FL United States) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I highly recommend this product! It provides lots of entertainment for a baby even as young as 5 months, which is when I first rcv'd this as a gift. It has been the best gift ever. My baby loves to "walk" around and around in the seat and now at 7 1/2 months he has started running around in circles. He loves all the toys and chews on them as well, which are great for teething. The toys are also interchangeable and if he/she should get bored, you can purchase new ones and keep it new. The piano on this toy is also fabulous. This is a great purchase whether it's for your own baby or as a gift. Thumbs up on this one!
Nice idea but bad quality February 22, 2008 Kiarrie (NY, NY) 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
Brought this product due to the great reviews. I was able to setup this activity center under 30mins. There were some unclear instructions but can be figured out with some common sense. I love the idea of this product but quality could be better. Pros: 1.The seat turns 360 around the column and the child is able to turn left and right so they can reach out to you if you are behind them. 2.The piano was quite the entertainer with lights and music. 3.All the toys were fun to play with, except the aquarium piece didnt work too well. when you push on one side it would squeak while the other button should move the fishes but neither work too well. Cons: 1.The quality of the column was weak, DO NOT screw too tightly or else the screw would just go thru the other side and not hold. 2.The paint quality of the toys were horrible... makes me worry about paint falling off if toddler bites or suck on it. 3.The adhesives to the stickers on the piano are a bit loose but can be fixed if you press on it. 4.The seat is a bite wide, which cause my child to feel a bit unsecure when moving around. Child is average weight. Overall this product would be return since dear child refuses to sit in it.
Love it!!!!!!! March 1, 2007 V. Best (South of Boston, MA USA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I have used this since my daughter was little, little. Mine has slightly different toys then the ones pictured. At first, she sat in it and looked around then before I knew it she was running around in circles! I wanted a walker but was afraid of her getting hurt. This is a walker within itself - so no need to worry about stairs - the child can spin around in the seat and the seat spins around the base. My daughter is 15 months now and still uses this. We removed the seat as soon as she was standing & mobile and now it works as an activity table. I put her afternoon snack and drink in the snack tray and she goes right over to get it. The piano has so many different options and she still loves the songs (I like them too!) She will stand beside the table and dance. It is a larger sized entertainment center but well worth the space and once the seat is gone it's really not bad! The price may seem like a lot at first but the extra few dollars you spend are worth the investment.
