The beginning foxtrot dance dvd teaches the basics of foxtrot dancing. The dance instructors, Foster and Judi Lampert have organized the dvd so students can learn how to dance the foxtrot easily and quickly. They break down each of the dance steps and show them from several angles. The dance teachers on the dvd have over 25 years of experience teaching the foxtrot. On the dvd there are 15 foxtrot moves. The foxtrot dance lessons taught on this video are equivalent to 12 weeks of instruction in a dance studio.
