See my review of a similar pair of pink "mesguite" boots. I purchased these for my daughter to replace those, and have no problems at all. These are constructed the way they *should* be and the pink surface is not painted on and does not delaminate.
The only wear and tear we have is dirt and scuffing, which would be expected. A *much* better product and worth the slight difference in price.

These boots are the best for your money! My daughter loved them the instant they arrived. She wears them non stop. I bought them a little big, maybe a little too big, but she doesn't care and I guess she'll be able to wear them for a long time. Great Value!

My daughter loves them. They are so cute, we purchased the pink ones. They seem comfortable on her feet...and she can be picky. The soles are very flexible. The boots seem to scuff easily, but otherwise we are happy with the purchase. I bought her regular shoe size and they fit fine.

I bought them for my two daughters (5 and 8) they love them. Beautiful finished surface and nice colors (pink and red). I would recommend them to anyone who would like to make a fine present !!!
