The organic bamboo jersey in this kimono baby sacque is very, very thin. It is, of course, very soft. However, it is paper thin and was very wrinkled coming out of the dryer when nothing else was wrinkled. I prefer just a little more heft in fabric.

This quickly became one of our favorite things for our baby to sleep in. It is so wonderfully soft. The thickness is about that of a light weight t-shirt. The fabric breathes very well and is very efficient at keeping your baby comfortable temperature wise. I just wish they made it in a larger size.
In the winter, you would probably want something thicker for your little one if your house is on the chilly side.
It also washes easily, and if you just hang it up after you get it out of the dryer any wrinkles disappear - I don't think it wrinkles that badly anyway, but then again I don't worry about a few tiny wrinkles on something my baby is going to sleep in.
