Full Fiji sun all day long! March 27, 2008

I just bought this out of desperation at a Fiji resort when my SPF 30 (supposedly water and sweat proof) left me getting slowly burned 2 days into the trip. My son was covered in a long bathingsuit with arms but I wanted to wear a normal bathingsuit! This completely blocked the sun and smells (not too strongly) the way it did when I was a teenager wearing SPF 2! Nice and tropical. We stayed in the sun another 3 days, 8 hours a day in the lagoon pool (I reapplied a couple of times during the day) - I'm sure I would have just gotten a tiny tan if I had used this from the outset. Really makes a difference. I think they should make a more girly bottle range for teenage girls to get them to wear more SPF.

I used Hawaiian Tropic Ozone Sunblock SPF70 in my April 2007 Hawaii trip. This thing is amazing, I am Asian so I am very easily to get tanned and I can tell you after six days trip I am only slightly tanned. SPF70 is a bit thick but both my wife and I used it heavily on face, neck, body without any allergy. It's very popular in Hawaii and I saw it alot in Safeway.
I also used in a rafting trip and the result is amazing too.
Once applied it quickly absorbed by the skin and won't be scraped off like some other brand.
Make sure you apply enough amount of the sunblock a light smear is not going to protect you.
The only negative thing I can think of is the bottle is not very easy to use, you may end up take the cap off and use your finger. However the protection is superb and I gave it five star anyway.
