Good product. I originally purchased this through my dermatologist's office. I reordered through amazon at a cheaper price though. I use it every night (not every other as the package suggests) and I do see some improvemnt in the color of my sun spots on my forehead. But it does leave my skin feeling clean and not stripped.

This is the only scrub my dermatologist will recommend. I have rosacea and scrubs are usually off limits. This one doesn't tear the skin so I get that "clean" feeling I've missed without the damage. Goes a long way, too.

I have been using Nia24 Physical Cleansing Scrub for over a year now in conjunction with the Nia sunscreen. It really seems to have made an improvement and keep my face fresh, clean and young looking. I use a light base moisturizer under the Nia sunscreen which really helps. The suncreen is a bit too strong on its own.
