I had this bib for my first two children. Then I had a third baby this past spring and needed a new one. I ordered a pink bib that has the softer silicone material. It truly keeps baby clean and it is a breeze to clean up. It is the only bib worth owning!

These soft bibs are the perfect bibs for babies. I didn't purchase mine until my daughter was 1 year old, so I can't vouch for use of them before that, but they work GREAT for her now and I wouldn't use any other bib from this point on. The scoop in front is the perfect size and shape for fallen food, as well as for little hands to reach into to retrieve a lost morsel. The necklace clasp is secure and the bib fits comfortably around her neck without rubbing or confining. After I bought this pink one, I was so satisfied with how effective it was that I bought a green one as well - now we always have a clean bib available. Baby Bjorn really makes quality products, as I own 2 sets of the BabyBjoern Plate and Spoon as well, in pink and in green (to match the bibs, of course!).

I have mixed feelings about this bib. It is great for catching drips and crumbs, but it's not very comfortable for my baby. I have to put in on her really tight around the neck or she can drop her chin and actually suck on the top of it (that makes quite a mess underneath!). I like the idea of this bib, I just think it should be more made of more flexible material. It gets caught on the high chair tray too if I try to pull the tray up close to her. I would not buy another unless Bjorn made it with a flexible material.

I bought this for many reasons. I wanted a scoop like bib that was easy to clean and wouldn't come off too easy. Well, it's comfortable for my daughter, it is SO easy to clean and the shape and size is perfect. My daughter still can pull it off about as easily as she does velcro bibs, but she usually doesn't try to pull on it until she is done eating. It catches all the food! Her clothes get less stains with this bib! I love it. Worth every penny and I wish I would have purchased one sooner. And I love the color.

My one-year-old prefers the Bumpkins bibs, which are softer. This bib is fairly stiff. She fusses with it-- it may be uncomfortable. Usually she pays little attention to her bibs, so I'm not sure I would recommend this one.
