The Angel perfume is very unique and that is one of the reasons I like it as much as I do (although it is probably not my favorite fragrance). It really stands out and doesn't smell like any other. I feel special, different (in a good way), and a little bolder when I wear it. My husband thinks he needs more time to get used to it, but I don't know if he'll ever really love it. If I ever want another perfume sample, I would try harder to find it in a department store, where it would likely be free. Otherwise, with the shipping and the price of the teeny, tiny, little bottle, it's not really worth it (but it is good to try it out before you spend $70 or whatever on an actual bottle). There are tons of descriptions of the actual scent of Angel itself out there, but it is kind of warm, spicy, sort of sweet at the same time. I detect a hint of cinnamon, but many people mention chocolate, and that's kind of true too. Believe it or not, most of the nuanced scents and undertones sound crazy when you read about them online, but they are there, chocolate, candy floss and all. Apply it very lightly at first because it has quite a strong "wake". Also, it will last a long time on your clothes if they are not washed right away(which is not necessarily bad).

A soft and alluring scent - saying this was made especially for a woman.
I thought I was buying Angel Innocent - oops June 24, 2008 Angela Burke (Salt Lake City) I like the smell of Angel Innocent better, but the regular Angel is okay, it's kind-of musky.
