I ordered this as a Christmas gift. When I received the confirmation email showing it had been shipped, it indicated that they were sending a `tester'. I rechecked their ad and verified that it did not indicate the product was a `tester'. Since it was too late to stop the shipment, I waited to see what I would receive.
When it arrived (in a timely manner), I found that it was indeed a tester (no box, just shrink-wrapped). Since it was for a gift, I wrote their customer service and told them I would like to receive the product packaged as it would be if I purchased it at a retail store. They replied that they couldn't exchange it, but would refund the price, minus the shipping cost, if I returned it using a trackable method (at my expense).
I then called their customer service department, and they initially argued that I should have known I was receiving a tester. I again pointed out that their ad did not indicate this. They finally checked their ad and realized that I was right. At this point, they did the right thing and arranged to have UPS pick it up (at their expense). With prodding, they agreed to also refund the initial shipping cost.
I am giving them 3 stars because they finally resolved the situation in an amicable manner, but it was not hassle-free. I would consider ordering from them again, but only if it was for my personal use (or if I verified on the phone that I was not receiving a tester).
Oh, and in case you're wondering, their ad still does not indicate that the product is a tester.

the product itself was fine- but the purfum came in plastic rap and not in a Channel No 5 box. You wonder weither this is really a real bottle of Channel No 5 or a facade. I will never order again- I will just pay the price in a retail store even if it is more

The perfume was fine but the packaging it came in made it look as if it were a knock off perfume.
