Well, this is what the description of the perfume is and let me say that this is exactly what it makes me feel!!!
The first thing that caught my attention is, of course, the bottle. I just couldn't walk past the store without spraying some on my skin. I thought, this better be as pretty as the bottle it's in. So I sprayed a little bit and I thought that the first whiff was pretty heavenly. But I have smelt heavenly before only to realize after about an hour of the perfume sinking in that it doesn't suit me. So off I continued with my shopping and actually forgot about it. But as I was browsing around, someone asked me what perfume I was wearing. And boy, was I sold! I simply had to have this! It is such a beautiful floral scent that is never overpowering. It's the kind that simply makes you feel confident and cheerful every time you wear it. It's bright and summery. The first time I wore this to work, several of my colleagues commented on it. Now what more can a girl ask for? Okay, so I'm in my early 30's but I still like to smell young and pretty. I am taking off one star because the scent doesn't linger long enough.
Notes: Strawberry, Violet Leaves, Ruby Red Grapefruit, Gardenia, Violet Petals, Jasmine Petals, Musk, Vanilla, White Woods.

Marc Jacobs NEVER seize to amaze me! DAISY is ABSOLUTELY LOVELY. Of course, we all know a real daisy has no scent at all to it! But the scent of this perfume smells as lovely as a daisy looks.
I've always loved scents that are different and aren't too strong. It takes forever for me to find a scent that suits me because I'm just so darn picky about it! In the past I've used Moschino I Love Love, then I switched to the original Marc Jacobs for women perfume. And when I heard Daisy was coming out, I HAD to go and see what it was all about. So, I found out that Daisy had its own special website and from there I registered my address for a sample! And I'm telling you, the scent is adorable and to-die-for.
Top notes: bright and fresh violet leaves, wild strawberries. Mid notes: comfortable violet petals, jasmine bouquet. Base notes: feminine musk, vanilla infusion.
So anyways, ALL IN ALL, I am way beyond satisfied with this perfume! I ran out to get the gift box and everything at Nordstrom which is totally worth the price! If you're not too sure, go to a department store to ask for a sample or just spritz some on yourself there. Or! You may go to the website www.daisymarcjacobs.com to request a free sample which comes a beautiful packet.

I love this scent. Very fresh. Just smells clean and fruity to me. Very PRETTY. I would have given it 5 stars, but the scent only seems to last for a couple hours. I have to carry a small sample I got from the department store in my purse, because this really has no lasting power. I hope they come out with an "Eau de Parfum" in the future. Other than that, I LOVE this scent. My husband loves it too.

"Daisy" is a very lightly sweet scented fragrance, almost like a honeysuckle. It is reminescent of "Anis Anis." It is so lightly scented however, that you may want to take the bottle with you to freshen up.

I was reading a perfume forum, and there was a lot of hype about this one... I smelled a sample in the magazine and my first thought was : rubbing alcohol. It didn't smell very pleasant to me. The next day, I went to Dillard's to try on some perfume, and decided to try this one again, thinking the magazine sample may have been wrong. Alas, I still smelled rubbing alcohol, with only a slight hint of flowers.
The smell seems to fades fast too...but maybe it's just me
