Product Description Stretch Marks Double Action is specially formulated to help prevent and minimize new and recent stretch marks due to pregnancy in all vulnerable body areas such as abdomen, breast, hips and upper thighs. The elastoregulator Lupeol, combined with AHA moisturizers and softening oils, help preserve elasticity, therefore increasing the skin's resistance to stretching and preventing the occurrence of new stretch marks. A Chlorophycea extract also helps decrease the heightened sensitivity of the skin.

It Really Works! July 1, 2005 Bekka (San Francisco, CA) 14 out of 15 found this review helpful
I am 5'11" tall, and have stretchmarks everywhere from growing 8 inches in one year as an adolescent. So I thought I'd get even more of them during my pregnancy and 40 lb. weight gain. I bought the Mustela lotion as a "might as well" gift to myself, not really expecting anything. I am thrilled to say that after using this cream every day on my breasts and belly during the last 6 weeks of my pregnancy, I didn't get ANY new stretchmarks anywhere. I still can't believe it -- and I was looking closely for them just to be sure. The lotion is quite rich, so a little goes a long way -- the tube lasted 8 weeks. I'm completely sold on Mustela products, and use the super soft and fragrant baby wipes on my new little girl. No diaper rash at all so far.
Amazing July 1, 2005 Terje Kjobstad 14 out of 14 found this review helpful
I was a skeptic and not a mother, but was still told that this cream is meant for anybody with stretch marks. So I had to try this stuff out. I was so amazed that this stuff started working in a few days. When I noticed such quick fading of the stretch markes around my stomach and my shoulder joints I was impressed I could actually see normal skin, I was thrilled and have told everybody I know about this stuff. This stuff is also good for dry skin and sunburns, I had to test out the possibilities and the stuff works like magic. I don't know how they formulated this stuff but after all these years somebody finally got it right.

This product is great! I had always been a non believer but in the eight month with my second pregnancy when I could not take the strecth marks, the itching the pain the red skin, I used it and it was like magic. Three days of use and I am a new person with soooo much better skin, getting better everyday!
My mom had a lot of stretchmarks and I DIDN'T! That's proof 4 me! June 29, 2005 HottWater (S.F. Bay Area) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
I started using this cream during my 2nd month of pregnancy. I think it's important to start building the elasticity of your skin early on, which could be the reason I had success with it. While the cream is kindof expensive-- when you think about avoiding stretchmarks, no price is too high. I used about 4 tubes for the duration. I expected to get stretchmarks because my mom had them with me, so I was happy to get anything less than hers. Anyway, I didn't get any at all on my stomach until the last two weeks (my baby was 8lbs. 8oz.) and they are really small. I put the cream on my breasts and abdomen every day after a shower, but because it was expensive I skipped my sides (love handle area) and did get stretchmarks there which were darker than the ones on my stomach. Since my stomach has gone down, the ones on my stomach are very light and will probably go away enough to satisfy my ego. I highly recommend giving the Mustela cream a chance.
