Hi,
I would just like to say that I have had 2 Epson PictureMate printers and they both have been awesome!! No other printers seem to compare to Epson's photo printers. This one, the Zoom, will not only print your pictures but will also copy your pictures to a cd, Awesome!! The LCD screen is alot bigger on the Zoom than the other ones. I am nothing but pleased!!

What a great product. The picture quality is terrific. The printer is small and easy to use. It is very versatile.
Can't imagine a better companion product for the digital camera.

My husband bought this for me because we have 6 kids and I live with my camera in my hands. This is so convenient, I can take it anywhere, I don't have to have a computer to crop, zoom or take out red eye. The picture quality is great and I love that it gives me the option to add a date stamp to each picture. Being able to copy my photos straight from my memory card to a disk was just a super bonus. This is a great product. I even like the ink and paper packs, I mean I spent over $40 just for 3 ink cartridges for my Canon printer which took 6 cartridges plus I still had to buy picture paper, so to get all the ink in one cartridge plus 100-150 sheets of picture paper for less than $40 I think is a great deal.

DO NOT BUY! Unless you can return this product to amazon.com, do not buy. I purchased this product in July for my mother to give me in August for my birthday. I opened the printer on my birthday, and the printer did not work. It printed out completely blank sheets. The deadline to return to amazon.com was quickly approaching, but I really wanted mine to work. I called Epson for customer service. We went through several troubleshooting techniques (which I had tried before I even called them) but nothing worked. Since they had me on the phone they agreed to send me a new one with a "hold" on my credit card until I sent back the nonworking one. I agreed since they told me I'd get a new one, and they'd pay the shipping. They sent me a second one. Refurbished. I did not want a refurbished, since I never even got to use my brand new one. However, I thought as long as it works I could live with it. It did not work. Nothing comes up on the screen. I called again, and they said they can't fix it; they'll have to send me a third one and again put a "hold" on my credit card. They will not refund money, and they will not guarantee me a new one. I'm sure I would love this printer; if only I could ever get one to work. Good luck to everyone who decides to try one, and please try it out before your deadline runs out to return it to amazon.com.
