Defintely doesn't last as long as the Nikon, but when you can buy 4 or 5 for the same price as 1 Nikon...it is well worth it. I probably get 1/2 the duration of charge as the Nikon, but it's perfect for a spare battery.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THE BATTERY DOES NOT EVEN CHARGE (D50 charger) IN THE FIRST PLACE TO BEGIN WITH. IT WAS DOA.

After having to take a break in shooting a surf competition last Oct to recharge a battery... I debated getting a second battery. Although it was entirely my fault the battery died in the field. I had left the camera on the night before, and hadn't even thought to recharge the battery. For the price this is a great spare/back up. I used it this weekend when I knew I wanted a fresh battery for a ceremonial shoot.

Received this product in short timeframe. Cost of product was impossibly low. Have used product and it works as described and holds charge very well. Should have bought an extra since the cost was so low.
