Product Description Repositionable toys include a soft hanging monkey, a soft toucan with jingle, an elephant with soft ears and a spinner with beads, a parrot with a paddle spinner and a frog character mirror. Two satin butterflies fly around above baby as colored lights pulse on and off while music plays. The large mat has a quilted rainforest underside, sun ray ribbons, and a soft tiger tail. A large soft giraffe sits at the bottom of the rainbow arch and has two points on which to link toys for baby. Mom can also link the toys to any of three link points on the mat as well as to any of five link points overhead for a total of 11 places to link toys for baby. Mom can choose between three modes of play: Baby mode allows baby's play time movements to set off eight to 12 seconds of lights and music. Music mode plays music for 20 minutes while baby plays. Rainforest mode plays 20 minutes of rainforest sounds while baby plays. The gym provides four songs and two sound effects sequences. Requires 2-C batteries, not included. Gym measures 20" x 32.5" x 32.5".

Not the best activity gym out there June 25, 2007 B. Wilkinson (US AFB) 43 out of 51 found this review helpful
My baby's not here yet, so I can't comment on how well a baby likes this, but this gym is not nearly as nice as the gym we had with our last child (Tiny Love Gymini Deluxe). I was tempted to spend the extra money on Tiny Love again, but decided to give Fisher Price a try. My main complaints with this gym are the fact that it does not fold up for storage (without taking it apart that is and doesn't fit well in the plastic bag it comes in even when partially taken apart) and the fact that the mat is very thin. If you can afford it at all, I would recommend going with a Tiny Love instead, as they have nice thick mats and fold up easily into their bag for storage, which is very convenient!
Great playmat!!!!! June 10, 2007 L. Aubin (Gardner, MA) 16 out of 16 found this review helpful
My son has been using this playmat since he was 2 months old. He is now 7 months and still reaches for it daily. He has learned to flip it over so he can reach the higher toys. I have yet to replace the batteries and everything still works great. The music plays for quite a while so you don'thave to keep running over to restart it. My son also loves the crinkle leaf and zebra tail on the mat itself. Since he has been rollling over, he can now chew on them and it is one more thing to keep him occupied! I highly recommend this line of products!
great! May 15, 2007 Jeneen Hiller (Downers Grove, IL United States) 12 out of 12 found this review helpful
My baby has been fascinated with the lights and hanging animals since 6 weeks. Nice music- more upbeat songs for when active, and quieter rainforest sounds for when getting sleepy.
Loads of fun! December 13, 2007 J. Richards (NYC, NY) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
My little guy has loved this gym since he was 8 weeks old. At that age, he couldn't really interact with it, but loved looking at the lights and the butterflies, which I had to manipulate manually. Now that he's almost five months old, he enjoys hitting and kicking the elephant rattle and swatting the parrot toy! His favorite parts have got to be the removable toucan and monkey--they go with him everywhere! And they're so easy to wash (and they air dry beautifully) after he's chewed on them. The mat washes nicely as well. The rainforest sounds are gentle and soothing and have lulled him to sleep when he finished playing. There are parts of this play gym that he has not noticed yet such as the crinkle leaf and the cubs tail (both attached to the mat) and the toys can be placed in different areas so that play is always different and interesting, so I expect him to continue enjoying this play gym for a long time.
Who would've thought? June 12, 2007 Traubi 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
My husband bought this for our almost 3 month old. I resisted at first, thinking it might be a waste of money, but the baby LOVES it. It's held his attention since yesterday afternoon - a definite first. Before, I couldn't put him down for two minutes without him screaming, but he is enthralled. Also, we thought the butterflies would twirl on their own, like a mobile, but they don't. Still, that's not really a problem, just wanted to clarify. Still gets 5 stars!
