Just the right size for a small slr system...i carry a nikon d40, sb600 flash, nikon 50mm lens, a small camcorder and still have a little room! Also love the hip bag for hiking and climbing!

This is an incredible bag. I can carry a whole film setup with my FM2 and three lenses. Alternately, it can carry my D40 and full assortment of lenses and flash unit without breaking my shoulder. It may not be the coolest bag in the world - it seems most people would rather look cool than comfortable. It is both handier than the backpack style bags, and more practical than a messenger type bag.
At this price, it is worth buying two!

I lke this bag, and use it all the time. It allows hands-free walking so you can carry your camera, or your kids' junk, depending where you are. I am able to fit a significant amount of stuff in the bag: camera, two lenses, a flash, extra batteries, and a small pad. But the compact size and light weight of the total package is what makes it valuable to me. It's well constructed. I do wish there was a detachable shoulder strap included for those times I wish I could carry it that way.
