I have gone through several other brands of tripods. None were sturdy enough to handle the active video projects. The P920 looks and feels like it will take the wear and tear of my abuse. The fluid head is about average.
An unexpected feature, the carrying handle on the center post, ended up making the tripod an improvised steady cam setup. The weight of the tripod really helped when moving quickly while videoing. Nice surprise.

From the advertisement, I thought this was a fluid head, but if it is, it sure doesn't act like it. It is not smooth enough for video - ok for a still camera. It doesn't move smoothly and is not stable. I would recommend a better quality one for any video.
