BODA DRY was designed from the requested input and feedback from hundreds of professional photographers in the field. We wanted BODADRY to be a community based project. We are proud to say that we included all the feedback we received from our photographer friends. There were 4 areas we focussed on. 1) Comfort. This bag has so much designed for photographers comfort. New neo-comfort shoulder pad as well as option neo-comfort waist pads accessory, soft materials around body contact points, padded handles for carrying, the list goes on. 2) Durability: This product is made from waterproof ballistic cordura. Locking new age velcro points, box stitching and even a padded reinforced base. 3) Equipment security: All about security. Simply having the bag provides security for the photographers considering all equipment is on body. This new design has a waterproof zipper top seal. The media wallet is fully weatherproof as well and has brightly colored safety media locks enabling use of media with plastic containers, or safely without. Additional padding for lenses and a tighter seal for keeping lenses safe, even in open mode while running. The black design is strategic as well providing the photographer a professional low profile while using. 4) Ease of use. Every pocket and every feature was designed to be used with one hand. A lot of wedding photographers rave about this bag. I needed a bag that would carry my 70-200 VR with the hood, a 14-24 and 85mm, plus SB900. So I bought the Boda with the waist strap.
First impressions: A lot smaller than I expected (I bought the big bag). The 70-200 with hood sticks up over the cover. The 14-24 sticks up too high for the Velcro flap to work inside the bag. Worthless on these counts. The 85mm fits OK, but has to be put in sideways or will fall out.
Cheap feel: The zippers on this bag are horrible. They require a lot of effort to pull and are not smooth in their action. They hang up a lot. The worst of the zippers is the one on the memory card pouch. This pouch uses cheap plastic covers and looks really tacky.
The SB900 won't fit in the side pocket. It sticks out several inches and the flap won't close. Really poor design.
I attempted to use the bag but found it very uncomfortable to wear on the shoulder. There are two worthless plastic D rings on the bottom that rubbed against my leg as I walked with the bag. I soon had a sore leg. I tried the waist band, which is very dangerous -- the snaps that hold the shoulder and waist bands in place are very powerful and easy bite the fingers/hand when putting them in place. The waist band was very uncomfortable.
This bad is a real dud. Additionally, although the shipping on the bag was free, they nailed me with shipping on the waist band almost as much as the band itself.
This is a bad deal. There must be better alternatives. I sent mine back.

Awesome build quality, great design, I haven't used this in "the field" yet, but it seems very, very well thought out and assembled. I'll write more after a few uses on wedding/portrait shoots!
