this bag is a good size and zippers work well. I've only had it one month, but so far it's been great. It only has one outside pocket; a couple more would be nice, but for $18.99, it's a very good deal.

OK, not great but for the price it's about what you expect. Would be better if the clips for the shoulder strap were attached on the main body instead of the lid. In shoulder bag mode it is difficult to access the main compartment with the strap clipped to the lid, easy to dump everything out.
