THIS SO CALLED COFFEE IS JUST AWFUL!! IT IS BITTER AND DOESN'T EVEN TASTE LIKE THE FLAVORS THEY ARE DESCRIBED AS. AMAZON SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THIS RETURN AND REFUNDED MY MONEY AS ANY OTHER COMPANY WHO WANTS TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS WOULD DO. GREEN MOUNTAIN COFFEE IS A WONDERFUL COMPANY. THEIR CAFE EXPRESS GIVES YOU FREE SHIPPING AND 2 FREE BOXES OF K-CUPS WITH YOUR FIRST ORDER. IF YOU DON'T LIKE SOMETHING JUST TELL THEM AND KEEP YOUR ITEMS. THEY WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY OR SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT. THEIR COFFEE IS 100% BETTER THAN THIS FAKE FLAVORED COFFEE!!!

I bought a Keurig Brewer and havent been disappointed - sure beats stopping at Starbucks every morning and with great coffee like Gloria Jeans - I'm even saving money.

I have to say I am not impressed overall with Gloria Jean's. I like the option of flavored coffee when I am in the mood, but this variety pack is pretty weak coffee. I like a medium roast and these are reeeally weak. I would recommend Timothy's World flavored coffees, which have a much richer, bolder taste.

I was five K cups short in one box that I ordered November 2, 2008

Make sure you count your K cups. I was five k cups short in one of the boxes that I ordered and have yet to recieve the credit to my credit card that amazon agreed to send. I was very unhappy with the customer service person as the call had delays and the customer service person didn't actually understand much English and had difficulty understanding me as I did her. So much for out source of services to India and other countries.

this is the second time i've ordered these gloria jean's kcups and i love them. it is a super deal and i love the different flavors of coffee in the boxes. i haven't been able to find them in stores around my home so i will continue to order these through amazon. great deal and great coffee.
