| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Olympus Stylus Epic Deluxe features Autofocus system that measures camera-to-subject distance in three locations, so focusing is easy even when your subject isn't in the center of the frame. The powerful six-mode flash lets your pictures come out just the way you saw them. Auto color-balancing fires automatically when your subject is backlit or under artificial light so your pictures display more natural color tones. And red-eye reduction helps the subject's eyes adjust to the light level of the flash to minimize the red-eye effect. There's also Variable-power flash, Night Scene Flash, Fill-In Flash, and Flash Off to help ensure your pictures are properly lit.Although every model in the Stylus family is visually appealing, the Deluxe series is especially stylish thanks to the elegant gold detailing on the camera body. This gold color gives the Deluxe series an aura of class and sophistication, just like the impressive features it contains.

Great Little Camera July 31, 2004 Randy Given (Manchester, CT USA) 10 out of 11 found this review helpful
This is a great little camera. An amazing thing is its small size. It easily fits in pockets and bags. Not to mention the picture quality, which was also one of the two main criteria for this purchase. For my own hiking and vacation photos, I chose the Yashica T4. For my son, we got the Olympus Stylus Epic -- smaller, fairly durable and nearly the same photo quality. He shot 13 rolls of 36 over a two week vacation and we were very impressed.
great find December 26, 2008 Jie Guo (Baltimore, MD USA) I bought one for my parents, who don't know how to deal with digital cameras. They love it. It's small, light, and easy to use. Importantly, the pictures they took with it were of great quality. A perfect camera for them!
