The Echo's high-clarity 42mm objective lenses, meanwhile, are made of BaK-4 prism glass and are shielded by an Emerald Fire full multi-coating. Add in Brunton's twist-up eye relief system--which is both comfortable and eyeglass compatible--and a waterproof and fog-proof housing and you have a great binocular for almost any outdoor application. Specifications range from a 315-foot field of view at 1,000 yards to a 16mm long eye relief to a 4.3mm exit pupil. The focus system, meanwhile, sharpens images as close as 8 feet.
