I looked on line for additional memory to speed up my machine since Norton Internet Security 2005 ate most of the memory that was left and made it's operation VERY slow. The memory was about $2 more than the cheepest I had found on the internet. Since I already had an account with Amazon, it made it easy to order. One I got it, I plugged it in, turned the computer on and it worked GREAT! Amazing what an extra 1/2 of Gig of memory will do to speed up your machine. Memory worked fine! Make sure you check with your computer's motherboard manufacturer for comptable memory before ordering any memory.

I got the memory within a week which was good since my old computer now showed its age, but upon installing the Simple tech memory it has revived my old computer. The computer now performs like a computer should, i dont have to wait while programs open, I think I am going to buy another strip, I was very impressed.

Just a tip: check how many memory slots you have, and determine what memory you already have. I thought I was doubling my 512mb. Rather I had two slots with two 256mb sets. So I could only replace one and now I have 768mb instead of the 1024mb I was hoping for.

The product was delivered before the estimated arrival date. It was in good shape and I was able to install it without any problems. It's been more than a month and it works fine.

I received this product within a standard time. I installed it myself and now my computer is running much better. I really need more RAM because I only had 128MB, if you can believe that! I removed the 128 stick to avoid any possible compatibility problems. I think Im going to order another one of these 512 sticks. My PC is an old HP.
