Disappointed! May 30, 2008

I purchased this product as a gift for my mother. I knew it was a risk to assume that, in addition to blue tooth, you could use your usb cable to transfer files but I thought it was more likely than not. Well, let me clarify for anyone else hoping that's the case... NO! In addition, my parents have 3 different blue tooth devices and they are all no older than 2 years; one is less than 6 months. This product didn't interface with any of them! My mother had to send it back... not cool! I wouldn't bother.
