If you have to return anything to Amazon, they are fantastic in their response to any problem and prompt to make your purchase satisfactory. Because, ---this is all you will be doing by purchasing this product as it is very inferior. After a few hours of frustration in trying to download pictures to this item, I realized it was not going to work at all and was a complete waste of my time. I was sorry I ever bought it but Amazon made the return simple and very satisfactory. That was the only good part about the transaction.
