Sunpak 7" Dig Frame December 6, 2007 R. Cutri 21 out of 22 found this review helpful
Bought this frame because it had the option to do 4:3 aspect ratio (normal) as well as 16:9 (widescreen). A majority of both the low & high end frames only do the widescreen, which stretches your pictures out and makes them look horrible. This frame was inexpensive so you really cant expect top shelf quality. It reads the memory stick good, auto-starts the picture slideshow, has decent display quality with its low resolution. BTW, that resolution is common among low & high qual frames too. You can choose between 3 or 4 different picture view modes (normal, panscan, widescreen)..Panscan looks the best for my pictures because it does the 4:3 aspect ratio but also fills the entire frame with the picture. Directions are horrible but it is pretty easy to figure out anyways. The only thing is that it says you can change the speed of picture rotation but I have not been able to get that to work yet... I have not had this frame very long but it does seem to be ok.

Horrible... December 22, 2007 Tara Bentley (Indiana) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Picture quality is horrible. Images are stretched and pixilated. This will be the first item that I ever return from Amazon... It might be a great deal at $5, but a penney more and you've drastically overpaid.
Sunpak-7in Digital Photo Frame January 7, 2008 Camelia Gunn (Hampton, VA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was a little disappointed with this item. I purchased the item for my mother as a Christmas gift. She was very excited with the gift and immediately placed a memory card in to read the pictures she had just taken with her new camera, only to find out that the frame would not read the picture. My husband and I tried 3 different memory cards that should be read by the frame. None of the cards worked. I am so disappointed. I have attempted to return the item to Ritz only to have them stonewall me to wait out the time limit so they will not have to accept the return. This was a waste of money that this educator could not afford.
Don't buy this, especially from Ritz Camera January 10, 2008 K. Kauffman 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This frame is definitely NOT worth buying. It will always freeze up, it hasn't made it throught he slideshow once. After that I decided I should return it. Ritz Camera will not respond with the return authorization number needed to send it back. It has been two weeks now with three phone calls. tonight I am going to e-mail them and see if that works. The resolution is horrible on it as well, but that could be dealt with for the price. In short, I got a frame that doesn't work that I can't return...I feel totally ripped off
