Editorial Reviews:
Product Description An elegant wooden frame that can show off your digital pictures AND mpeg4 movies on a bright crystal clear, large 15" screen by simply adding a memory card from your camera or using a USB memory stick. It's the brightest way to display your digital photos. By simply adding a media card (or two) you can reduce that clutter in your house and show off more than you could dream of with this digital picture frame. By adding MP3 music files (played through built in speakers) to your cards you can add sound to create soothing or exciting slide shows - it's just so simple. Plus... Create your own perpetual slide shows! Handy remote control for pausing or rotating pictures. You can use two different media cards at once. So easy to use. Simply insert the media card from your camera and enjoy!

15" Dig Frame January 18, 2008 D. Edenfield (Chicago, IL) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
It's too bad the company that sells this product lies about their customer service. Ritz Camera policy states that digital products having defects must be returned with a return authorization wi/10 days. Within 7 days and after waiting 30 minutes on hold TWICE someone put in a "request" for a return authorization - which I never received. You bet I'm angry about getting stuck with a broken $250 device for my husband's Xmas present which I supposedly now can't return. Expect the dispute from my credit card company. Buy someone else's picture frame.
Product does NOT match documentation... December 29, 2007 S. Robinson (North Carolina) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
What I hope will be our best gift is frustrating. Despite the declared telephone support, their line remains busy non stop for days. Finally, an email response arrived but stated to telephone them. All the manual's photos and graphics do not match the product AND as yet four tech savvy people cannot locate WHERE to plug in the power cord. Anyone else figure it out? zeke
