Bought this and the 5 meter cable, but we did not get any measurable increase in signal strength or range over the stock antenna. Could be just our configuration. The antenna is well made and comes with heavy-duty mounting parts.

If you don't care about price, this antenna is probably one of the best out there. Rugged, with grounding points, and weatherproof. It reeks quality. Even units which show up on ebay command close to new prices.
I have 3 of them connecting three buildings about 200' apart. I used to lose signal when the rain hit. No longer. Perfect connections even in very bad weather. I've used them with ME103 and WG302 units.
You will need special antenna wire to connect from the antenna to the WAPs. Netgear sells pricey wire designed for low signal loss as well. Keep it short. If you mount on a wall, make sure the antenna stands off a bit from any structure (6"+) for best signal, otherwise the wall may cause signal loss and interference.
I bought all the pieces and the overall system works very well. I don't regret buying them one bit.
