This fills my need for versatility. Great on trips, friends use it as well. Mac or PC compatable.
Kingston not King of card readers March 31, 2008 J. Macholz (Long Island, NY USA) 8 out of 17 found this review helpful
One would figure that a 19-in-one card reader would have the capability of reading all the current media on the market today. This card reader does not read xD. I thought that it would so I didn't read the full description (my bad) before ordering. It also has problems with networked computers and requires a reboot when it is plugged into a networked computer. The Dynex from Best Buy does read xD cards and does not require a reboot on a networked computer when it is plugged in.
Simple but Effective Card Reader March 26, 2008 Greg L. Stewart (San Antonio, TX USA) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
Works like a charm, has handled every format I've thrown at it so far. Fast transfers too, convenient USB extension cable included. Recommended.

Just what the Doctor ordered March 28, 2008 Allan Bruckheim (Harrison, NY USA) 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
When the connection port in my camera jammed, the estimate for a repair was over $175.00 One of my techie frioends suggested this habdy dandy little card reader instead. It came complete with the USB connecting cord, was set up in seconds and works like a charm. When some friends arrived with a digital camer using another type of card, we were able to view his pictures as well. Great purchase, great price, saved a bundle.
