If you have more than one bike you need this. June 5, 2007 Ross Heitkamp (California) 17 out of 18 found this review helpful
If you got the Edge GPS, then you already got a mount with that - actually enough parts for mounting on 2 bikes. They work just fine. But, (and thanks to the person who posted the picture) this accessory kit doesn't come with the same parts as the Edge did, as you might expect. It only has one mounting clip so it only good for one more bike.
Good as a replacement August 16, 2007 Brian R. Gunn (San Diego, CA USA) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I bought this as a replacement for the mount that was included with my edge after the plastic tab broke off. The mount is not assembled, so it can be put together for mounting on either the handlebars or the stem. This comes exactly as shown in the pictures and without any instructions, but it's easy to figure out how to assemble. I don't know what the big rubber piece is for though as my original one didn't come with that.
Garmin Edge 305 replacement bike mount February 9, 2008 GFV (Kansas) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Exact replacement with no instructions. You do get 2 of these with Edge 305 unit when you buy it. You can rotate the plastic base inside the rubber mount for handlebar or stem mount. The plastic release tab is the weak spot, that's what broke on my original. Never did figure out what the rubber pad was for.
Garmin Bike computer with GPS December 23, 2007 Siamak Mirnezami (Bay Area) 0 out of 17 found this review helpful
I would not recommend this product. You realy do not need this. I have a polar HR that does just fine, similarly priced. Sadly my polar is not compatible with this puppy so I would have to wear two transmitters if I want to use them both. And in choosing, I would choose polar anytime. Software for the PC is goofy and just about better than useless. I would not waste my money on this until they bring out a better design.

Received the unit in perfect shape and it performs very well. It provides me with all the info I need in cycling and excercising! Great product
